The house in which the Suarez family live in is not a real house. The inside of the house is a set and the outside is just 1 wall against a green screen to create a fake street with many other homes. This is the case when the show was filmed in Los Angeles, when the show relocated to New York, an actual house in Jackson Heights, Queens was used for the exteriors.
