Many actors from the previous VTM telenovelas played a role in Lisa. Hilde de Baerdemaeker (main charactor from "LouisLouise") plays for the second time a major role. Furthermore, many other actors plays minor roles including Gert Winckelmans (Sara, David, Ella), Pieter Bamps (David), Darya Gantura (Ella), Bieke Ilegems (Sara, LouisLouise), Antony Arandia (Sara), Jeroen Van Dyck (David) and Annick Christiaens (Sara).
