When the Joker is shown lying on the floor in his club, surrounded by weapons, in the top right corner there are two infant sized onesies, one pink, and the other blue. This could be foreshadowing the dream sequence that Harley Quinn has later in the film, where she and the Joker are married with twins, a boy and a girl.
