With Col. Stevens delivering the Predator's pulse rifle to Ms. Yutani, this means both Charles Bishop Weyland and Miss Yutani knew about the Xenomorphs as well as the Predators long before the formation of the Weyland-Yutani Corporation and the Nostromo's terrifying deadly encounter with a Xenomorph in Alien (1979). However, both AvP movies were later decanonized from the Alien continuity, so whatever happens in the future of the AvP series and in whatever form the Weyland-Yutani company exists, it is different from the Alien series.
