This film marked the second time Christopher Lloyd (Doc) worked in a film with Pat Buttram (black hat cowboy, credited as Saloon Old Timer), as they also appeared in Chi ha incastrato Roger Rabbit (1988) as Lloyd played Judge Doom, and Buttram was the voice of one of the Talking Bullets. Both films are directed by Robert Zemeckis.
