On January 23, 2023, Adam Scott, who appeared in a few episodes in seasons 2 and 3 as Griff, was a guest on the podcast Pod Meets World with former castmates Danielle Fishel, Rider Strong, and Will Friedle. During the episide, he confronted them over the bad way they treated him during filming. He said Fishel told people that nobody on the set liked him, and when Scott hugged Strong after finishing a successful scene, something other actors were doing, Strong pushed him away and ran off. Fisher and Strong were shocked and said they didn't remember any of that happening.
