Everytime in season 3 where Princess Carolynn is speaking to Anna Spanakopita(Bojack's oscar helper) for the first time in the episode she is referencing Greek culture and she makes jokes that only Greek people whould understand. Anna's last name "spanakopita" is a very traditional greek food itself. (E. G. The first time she is referencing another traditional greek food "mousaka* and the second time "kalamata" which is just a type of olive). Basically Princess doesn't remember her name and only remembers that her last name is something Greek.
