In the episode "Timephoon!", when Della and Louie have a very heated argument, Della tells Louie that he hopped into a dangerous contraption without warning, and Louie then said "I wonder who I got that from!" It is revealed that he inherited a trait from Della, her careless and reckless behavior, following her punishing Louie.
