The only Star Wars saga film without a lightsaber duel. Although Rey and Kylo Ren battle several of Snoke's Praetorian Guards, they do not wield lightsabers. Rey has a struggle with Kylo Ren, but they never cross lightsabers. Luke battles with Kylo Ren, but Luke never uses his lightsaber, and it is revealed he is not even physically present, using astral projection. The only time lightsabers clash in the film is in the flashback of Kylo Ren's last night at Luke's Jedi academy.
