Director Raj Tilak and Vidya Sinha's affair was running hot during the film. One day Shashi had to report to the shooting a do a intimate scene with Vidya. He was required to run his hand across Vidya's lips and face. When Shashi did not arrive on time, Raj Tilak gladly did the shot using his own hand. When Shashi arrived on the sets,he had a good chuckle when he heard about it. Shashi told everyone it was too bad for him because he was looking forward to do the shot with Vidya.
