In the Pilot episode, The Tale Of The Phantom Cab, the order that each member of the Midnight Society is shown is the order that they were voted in, the way they voted in Frank in the same episode is the same order they were shown at the beginning with the exceptions of David being first because he nominated Frank and Gary being last due to being the leader.
