In the season one episode "The Funeral," Christine Lahti portrays Martin Sheen's sister, Lydia Foster. Lahti appeared on Law and Order: Special Victims Unit as ADA Sonya Paxton for three years. This put her just below DA Jack McCoy, who was portrayed by Sam Waterston.
