At the end of the movie Jane tells Darcy, Selvig, and Ian that Thor's only been gone for two days after his fight with Malekith. If he left almost directly after the battle, (and it seems likely he did) it's pretty wonderous that Odin's throne and great hall has already been rebuilt.
