In Mike & Molly: Windy City (2013), originally broadcast in Canada, Molly revealed that she was pregnant. The announcement was removed when the episode aired on CBS, and from the DVD release. The pregnancy wasn't mentioned again until season four, when Molly says she had a miscarriage.
