There are multiple references throughout the series to Suzanne Somers' role as Chrissy on Tre cuori in affitto (1976). In one episode, Dana (Staci Keanan) walks in on Carol (Somers) watching Three's Company, and Carol says that she always liked the character Chrissy. In another episode, Jean-Luc (Bronson Pinchot) remarks that Carol looks like Chrissy from Three's Company.
