When Godzilla fights Kong out at sea and fires his atomic breath skyward from underwater in attempt to kill Kong who dodges it destroying the ship carrier it goes all the way into the sky stratosphere, foreshadowing when Godzilla later blasts his atomic breath down range down below into Hollow Earth.
