Unlike what the movie implies, Queen never finished their USA tour because Brian May got terribly ill (he got hepatitis) so they returned to England and checked him into a hospital. While May was in hospital, the band recorded "Sheer Heart Attack" and after Brian did his guitar parts they published their first single "Killer Queen."
