One of the characters briefly hums the "hm hm, hm hm, hm hm hmmm" part of the 13th-century Latin hymn "dies irae", which was further popularized in cinema, since 1980, with the release of Stanley Kubrick's adaptation of Stephen King's novel "The Shining".
