After Daata, Sultan Ahmed launched Ganga Ki Dhara with Anil Kapoor and Madhuri with Kalyanji - Anandji as music composers, but the film was shelved. Sultan Ahmed then launched another film and Bappi Lahiri recorded all the songs but again it was shelved. Then Jai Vikraanta was made.
