The Russo brothers considered using the "Captain America" March for when Steve Rogers steals his old Captain America costume from the Smithsonian Institution for the final battle against H.Y.D.R.A., but ultimately decided it wasn't necessary, since this movie is different in tone than Captain America - Il primo Vendicatore (2011).
