When viewers reunite with Brie Larson's Captain Marvel during a team meeting scene, the heroine is seen wearing a new suit with an inverted red and blue color scheme. Many suspected Brie Larson's updated costume was paying homage to the original Captain Marvel suit worn by Mar-Vell in the comics and one fan posted two photos allowing fans to compare both outfits.
