Three weeks before the theatrical release (but well after production of the documentary), McDonald's CEO Jim Cantalupo (who Morgan references and even tries to contact) died of a heart attack very suddenly at age 60. This was not mentioned in the documentary as production ended in December of 2003 and filming was before then.
