The producers transitioned the Pinky character to one of Happy Days' spinoffs, Blansky's Beauties; hoping to retain her since she was so popular with viewers. But very soon after she started on the new show she got fired again; again due to an inability to get along with the cast. This time show star Nancy Walker insisted she be terminated. Ironically, right at the same time she was transitioned to Blankys Beauties, Scott Baio was transitioned from Blanky's Beauties to Happy Days, making him the newest star on the program.
