Skywalker Sound was rumored to have been involved with the film starting in December 2013 when Dennis Leonard was said to be a supervising sound editor on the film, which Skywalker Sound reported on his biography page in March 2014 until the credit was removed shortly thereafter. Though Warner Bros. Sound of Burbank ended up serving as the main post-production service for the final product, Skywalker would later go on to work on SpongeBob - Amici in fuga (2020) years later, with Tom Myers (who previously worked on Angry Birds - Il film (2016) and several Pixar films starting with Cars - Motori ruggenti (2006)) serving as a supervising sound editor on the project.
