Several people associated with Downton Abbey are in the show. Laura Carmichael who plays Maggie Pole played main character Edith Crawley, Harriet Walter who played Margaret Beaufort was in several episodes as a friend of Edith's grandmother, Peter Egan who is in the second season played Edith's cousin and while Andrew Buchan who plays Thomas Moore wasn't on Downton Abbey, he is married to Amy Nuttall who played servant Ethel Parks on the show.
