Following the scene where Hannibal disembowels then hangs Inspector Pazzi from a balcony, Doctor Hannibal Lectar's infamous accent begins to disappear and starts to be replaced by Anthony Hopkins' normal accent. It most noticeable in the scene at the mall in Washington DC.
