In the Fortress of Solitude, in the scenes where Superman is recovering, one can see the Kryptonian armor used in the Return of Superman comics (very briefly, at the back of a corridor), as well as a skull with Brainiac's circuit pattern on the forehead (more prominently, in foreground).
