When the Zombie Queen's head is dropped off the top of a casino building, it hits the cement below with a resounding and gory practical splat. The splatting head was filled with dark fake blood, methacyl, ultra slime, and pieces of banana. Fractured FX also mixed together some thermal gel and candle wax to form a crumbly yet rubbery brain consistency.
