Doone Forsyth worked on the make-up for King Lear (Sir Anthony Hopkins) alongside Sara Kramer. Hopkins has said, "I had the idea that perhaps Lear drinks too much and it shows, so (they) put a little blush around my nose and mouth to get that mottling, and seeing myself made up like that for the first time I thought, 'That's him'."
