In "Murder House", when the agents surround Tate in his house after the school shooting, he puts his fingers in the shape of a gun and mimes shooting himself. This is a reference to Taxi Driver (1976), when Travis Bickle (Robert DeNiro's character), who makes the same motion with his finger after doing a mass shooting in a brothel.
