In the UK, Channel 5 owned the UK rights to show Law & Order on free-to-air television from Season 7, but choose to replace the opening credits to something that would hook viewers after seeing CSI - Scena del crimine (2000) which was shown before Law & Order. The theme chosen was "I'm Not Driving Anymore" by Rob Dougan but only for Season 7-15, Season 16 uses "Urban Warfare" by Paul Dinletir whilst seasons 17-20 revert to using the original US theme.
