In Season 1, episode 4, Stranger Things: Chapter Four: The Body (2016), Will's fake body was made with a cast of Noah Schnapp's head, and a full body cast of a very petite woman, due to the fact that SFX Makeup Artists don't like to do full body moulds on children.
