Chris Evans (Ryan) confessed on Jay Leno's Tonight Show shortly after the release of the film that he spent so much time driving a vehicle for multiple camera angles that he actually peed on himself while he was driving in reverse when backing out of a tunnel. He did not realize it until at the end of the reverse-driving scene when he exited from the car.
