The song that plays on the radio given as a gift to the Faro Island natives is called "A Tale In A South Seas Island" ("Minami no Shima no Ohana"), originally from the movie Kaoyaku to bakudan musume (1959), and performed by that film's starlet, Sonomi Nakajima. It's actually a song about a native family on a palm tree island. The lyrics are noticeably politically incorrect.
