Ron Howard and Cindy Williams would co-star in the Happy Days/Laverne and Shirley crossover episode "Shotgun Wedding" in the fall of 1979. That same year they co-starred as a couple also in "More American Graffiti"(1979). They were married in the Shotgun Wedding episode, and married in More American Graffiti also.
