The serie was said to be shot in chronological order with the casts never given the full script but only the pages of the most upcoming shoots. The reason being that many characters may eventually turned out to be deep cover moles or corrupted villains under heavy guises. The director reportedly wanted all the talents to approach and perform their characters with the sincere belief that they were all good people until the final reveal to maximize the dramatic impact.
