Judd Nelson appeared in season four, episode thirteen, "Death Is in the Air", Molly Ringwald appeared in season six, episode six, "Shawn Interrupted", Ally Sheedy appeared in the episodes involving the Yin-Yang killer and "Psych: The Musical", Anthony Michael Hall appeared in season seven, episode fourteen, "No Trout About It" and the beginning of season eight, and John Kapelos appeared in two episodes - season seven, episode ten, "Santa Barbarian Candidate" and season eight, episode six, "1967: A Psych Odyssey".
