John Belushi's wife Judy appears in two scenes in the film. During the "Shout" dance, she's John's dance partner. She also appears in the famous guitar smashing scene seated behind the singer further up the stairs. If you look closely as Bluto is handing the ruined guitar back to the guy, you can see Judy struggling to suppress laughter. She's pursing her lips tight and leaning out of the camera's direct sight by partially hiding behind John.
