The film debut of Isabel Sanford, who later gained fame as Louise on I Jefferson (1975). In 1981, she became the first African-American woman to win an Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. Interestingly, D'Urville Martin (Frankie) appeared in the two unaired All in the Family (1971) pilots as Lionel Jefferson.
