Pottsylvania, a loose analog of the Soviet Union, appears to be a multi-cultural nation. (Much as the Soviet Union itself was multi-ethnic.) The two most prominent groups are Russians (including Boris and Natasha) and Germans (including Fearless Leader). Incidental Pottsylvanian characters have names such as Dmitri, Vladimir, Heinrich, and Gerhardt, with on-screen representation split fairly evenly between the two groups.
