Siddique told in an interview, "In Hinduism texts and ancient scriptures, the character of Karna symbolizes of an extremely charming hero, an ideal human being who possesses all the qualities and who was always victorious throughout his life from his entry in Rangbhoomi to conquering the entire world. Since birth, he was shown as a divine child and who was "born to win the world" which is actually the central theme of the film. Whereas, the character of Rama (the protagonist of Ramayana) is mostly similar to Karna in the Mahabharata. But Karna is a liberal and an extrovert and on the other hand Rama is a milder conservative and an introvert."
