During the intense scene where the crew returns to the Prometheus with the fossilized head of the Engineer (and David has the Black Liquid), the camera shows that the domed structure has a skull-like face on top. It resembles artwork done by H.R. Giger from Alejandro Jodorowsky's Dune for Baron Harkonnen's castle on Geidi Prime.
