Due to the passing of Graham Chapman in 1989, John Cleese took his place in a couple of well-known skits. He was the police officer in the Crunchy Frog skit (a character that was originally his on the TV show, but was taken over by Chapman for live skits), and he took Chapman's place for The Four Yorkshire Men skit (which was created after he had left the group in the mid-70s).
