When Batman is interrogating King Tut, William Shatner's character has the light shine on his eyes just like it would often did on Star Trek TOS, the episode "Balance of Terror," and other episodes, mimicking the work of Star Trek DP Jerry Finnerman. It also had this lighting effect as well in J.J. Abrams' Star Trek (2009) when Captain Christopher Pike launch the newly christened Enterprise.
