The documentary shows a clip from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: Trials and Tribble-ations (1996) of Jadzia Dax (Terry Farrell) being enamored by Spock (Leonard Nimoy). What the movie doesn't mention is that at the time that it was made, Terry Farrell was in a relationship with Adam Nimoy, the movie's director and son of Leonard. Terry and Adam married in 2018.
