It's rumored that in the X-rated cut of the film, Helm's death in The Last Resort fight sequence was one of the more explicit sequences that got trimmed down for an R rating. In the X-rated cut, Thumberlina's Bowie knife is seen slicing up Helm's upper torso. In the R-rated theatrical cut, the Bowie knife is seen in Helm's upper chest.
