In Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), Captain America, Black Widow, and Falcon were arrested by H.Y.D.R.A. posing as S.H.I.E.L.D., from which they escaped, having been freed by Maria Hill. In this movie, Captain America, Falcon, and Bucky were arrested by German Special Forces, and escape after Bucky (as the Winter Soldier) goes rogue, with help from Agent 13 Sharon Carter. The consequences of Carter's actions are further explored in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021).
