On April 7, 2018, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver (2014) bought the leather jock strap, blue satin robe, and boxing shorts Russell Crowe wore in this movie for $7,000 at "Russell Crowe's 'Art of Divorce' Auction". The items, plus other memorabilia purchased in the auction, were given to one of last Blockbuster Video stores, in Anchorage, Alaska, in hopes of attracting customers to keep the store open. That Blockbuster Video closed in summer 2018. The last remaining Blockbuster Video, in Bend, Oregon, remains open as of March 2020.
