When Plucky refuses to let go of Hampton as he tries to leave for vacation, Hampton utilizes multiple tools to pry his grip such as a crowbar, a jackhammer and finally the "Jaws" of life, depicted as a shark shaped device referencing the film Lo squalo (1975), directed by Tiny Toons Executive Producer Steven Spielberg.
