"Edward Scissorhands" is a similar title to Ed Wood (1994). This marked the second collaboration of director Tim Burton and Johnny Depp. Also, both feature Depp's character interacting with an icon of horror films: Vincent Price in "Edward Scissorhands", and Martin Landau's impression of Bela Lugosi in "Ed Wood."
